Rosemary Bashford
Born and raised in North West London, Rosemary has always known that she wanted to work in this industry. She began her journey as a child by experiencing as much theatre as she could get her hands on, as well as dabbling in modelling, amateur dramatics and voice work.
Trained at The Musical Theatre Academy
After working through the LAMDA Medal examinations and training in musical theatre, Rosemary went on to develop a love for talent spotting and nurturing young performers.
Rosemary has been working with the LAMDA syllabus as a teacher since she was 16 working her way up from a shadow teacher to a group leader and 1-1 specialist.
As head of drama, Rosemary works closely alongside Lauren Shannon to maintain all of the students progression material to achieve optimum results

She has also been lucky enough to shadow some of the most experienced voice directors In the UK who have worked with the likes of DreamWorks, BBC and Entertainment One.
Rosemary has spent the last 3 years developing media skills, working as the assistant media director for Heather’s Hounds.
